Course  LEM 111 Multicultural Concerns/ Youth Ministry: Leadership and Perspective

During the first part of the class, we will explore how the richness of different cultures enhance the life of a parish and community. This will encompass what is a culture of a parish, how to develop leadership which looks like the community we served.

During the second part of the class, we will develop and articulate a theoretical understanding of youth ministry which is based on Scripture and Tradition and is balanced by the respectful community in the class and their local parish. Various models of leadership for and with youth will be discussed.

This course will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church - Divine Child Hall in Kissimmee from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (Check-in starts at 8:00 am)
